At Sundog Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unhappy for any reason, simply send back the item(s) within 30 days and we will refund 100% of the purchase price plus standard (USPS Priority) shipping charges.  If the mistake is ours, we will also gladly pay for your return shipping charges when we receive your item(s).  Please note that we refund Standard shipping charges only.  We do not refund for Express (USPS Express) shipping charges.
